Women's & Men's Uniform Size Charts and Measuring Guide | Alesia C.
Selecting the correct size is essential for achieving a polished, professional appearance and all-day comfort. Our Women's and Men's Uniform Size Charts and Measuring Guide will help you determine the best fit for custom uniforms, spa apparel, hospitality garments, healthcare uniforms, corporate workwear, and professional team apparel.
Using a soft measuring tape, follow our step-by-step instructions to accurately measure key body areas including bust, chest, waist, hips, sleeves, inseam, and outseam. These measurements can then be matched to our sizing charts to identify your closest size.
For the most accurate results, measurements should be taken over lightweight clothing by a professional tailor or seamstress whenever possible.

Women's Measuring Instructions
Follow our illustrated women's measuring guide to accurately measure:
• Bust
• Jacket Sleeve
• Natural Waist
• Low Waist
• Hips
• Regular-Length Outseam
• Ankle-Length Outseam

Women's Measuring Guide
For the most accurate fit, use a soft measuring tape and measure over lightweight, fitted clothing. Keep the tape comfortably snug without pulling it tight.
A. Bust
Measure around the fullest part of your bust, approximately 1 inch below the armhole. Keep the tape level all the way around your body. (Do not use your bra size as a measurement.)
B. Jacket Sleeve
Starting at the edge of your shoulder, measure down your arm to the wrist, ending at the point between your thumb and index finger.
C. Natural Waist
Measure around the narrowest part of your torso, typically located at or slightly above your navel. Keep the measuring tape comfortably relaxed.
D. Low Waist
Measure around the area where you normally wear tailored trousers or skirts. This measurement is generally taken below the natural waist and should not be taken at the position where low-rise jeans are worn.
E. Hips
Measure around the fullest part of your hips and seat, ensuring the tape passes evenly over the hip bones. This point is usually 7–8 inches below the natural waist.
F.1 Outseam (Regular-Length Pants)
Measure from the point where your trousers normally sit between the natural and low waist, down the outside of the leg to your desired hem length while wearing your preferred footwear.
F.2 Outseam (Ankle-Length Pants)
Measure from the point where your trousers normally sit between the natural and low waist, down the outside of the leg to approximately 1½ inches above the ankle bone.
Important Sizing Information
Our garments are produced according to our standard size charts rather than made-to-measure specifications. Your measurements are used to determine the closest size, after which minor adjustments may be made to sleeve lengths, hems, and overall ease. For best results, measurements should be taken by a professional tailor or seamstress. We cannot guarantee sizing accuracy based on measurements taken by third parties.
Women's Uniform Size Chart
Use the Women's Size Chart to determine the best fit based on bust, natural waist, hip, and sleeve measurements. The chart includes sizes XXS through 5XL as well as recommendations for tall and petite sizing.

Men's Measuring Guide
For the most accurate fit, use a soft measuring tape and measure over lightweight clothing. Stand naturally and avoid holding your breath while measurements are being taken.
A. Hat Size
Measure around the fullest part of your head, keeping the tape level. Refer to the size chart for hat size conversion.
B. Neck
Measure around the base of the neck where a dress shirt collar would naturally sit when fully buttoned.
C. Jacket Sleeve
Measure from the edge of the shoulder down the arm to the wrist, ending at the point between the thumb and index finger.
D. Shirt Sleeve
Measure from the center back of the neck, across the shoulder, and down the arm to the wrist. For a classic tailored appearance, shirt sleeves should extend approximately ½ inch beyond the jacket sleeve.
E. Chest
Measure around the fullest part of the chest, approximately 1 inch below the underarms. Keep the tape level and comfortably relaxed.
F. Natural Waist
Measure around the waistline where tailored suit trousers are typically worn. Do not measure at the position of low-rise pants or jeans.
G. Inseam
Measure from the crotch seam along the inside of the leg to the desired pant length. Traditional tailored trousers should have only a slight break at the hem.
H. Outseam
Measure from the top of the waistband down the outside of the leg to the desired hem length. A properly tailored trouser should have only a slight break at the shoe.
