We stand behind our products. The order you placed is the order you will receive. All merchandise leaving our boutique is in brand new condition with superior quality. We double check all orders to make sure it meet our standards. If there are errors with your order, we will fix it. Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Defective products will be either replaced or refunded at our discretion. If you purchased blank/ non-personalized products and would like to return it, please notify us within 14 days of your receipt of any issues or if you would like to return it. Returned merchandise has to be exact product being sent to ALESIA CTM. In the unlikely case of breach of such warranty, ALESIA C.TM liability will be limited to:
- replace any defective goods
- refund the appropriate portion of the purchase price
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase and you want to return you item, a restocking fee will be added (15% from the value of your purchase).
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Only regular priced items may be returned.
A return label is not provided. The customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable). Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If the refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

All returns must be made in writing with RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) form within 10 days of receipt date. After 14 days of receipt date ALESIA CTM will not be able issue RMA and accept returned merchandise. All returned items must be in original condition, packaging, with original tags, brochures and labels. Any returned products to ALESIA CTM without RMA will not be credited to customer's account. A refund can take anywhere from 1 week to 4 weeks until we issue a refund. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
Please be advised that we do not accept returns of custom or personalized products. Because of specific of our business imprinting, personalization or custom message on products for your special order, all custom made orders are final sale. Any merchandise with custom imprint/ imprinted logo/ rhinestone monogram/ rhinestone personalization/ rhinestone message/ custom design merchandise are not returnable and refundable. If merchandise was sent to customer due to an error by ALESIA CTM, please notify us withing 10 days of receipt and we will issue an RMA to send it back. There is no restocking fee on returned merchandise which was sent to customer due to an error on a part of ALESIA CTM.
To avoid returns of custom or personalized orders, we suggest our customers to order samples, before placing any custom design or personalized orders. Samples and items on clearance are non-returnable and are not refundable.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
Please be 100% sure you want your order before placing it. We very rarely have problems with any of our merchandise. Please be advised we do offer the highest quality of products to all our customers.
Cancellations and Changes Policy
All orders are considered firm. Cancellations will be accepted only if order has not been processed or printed. Cancellations must be in writing by email AlesiaC@AlesiaC.com. Verbal cancellations will not be acceptable. Overseas/ custom orders are considered firm after paper proof approval (no cancellations will be accepted).
Please be aware that any changes or cancellations to an order must be made within 24 hours of issuing a PO. Due to the custom nature of personalized products, we are unable to change or refund orders after 24 hours of placing order.

Return Policy Summary

- With the original receipt a credit will be issued in the original form of payment; a refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received.
- Unworn merchandise in original condition with price tickets attached and in original packaging may be returned within 10 days of purchase;
- Greater than 14 days after a purchase a store credit for the final selling price of the item will be issued withing 14 days of receipt;
- Without a receipt a store credit will be issued for the final selling price of the item withing 14 days of receipt;
- With a gift receipt a store credit will be issued for the amount on the gift receipt;
- Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your gift selection, please follow the instructions included with your package.
- If the original payment was by gift card a store credit will be issued;
- Cash returns over $100 dollars may require a mail check;
- Final sale items purchased at or over 50% off are final sale.
- We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order, should you want a different color, size or style.
- Only products purchased on AlesiaC.com should be returned to our flagship store. If you purchased our products at different retailers or other online stores other then AlesiaC.com, returns should go that retailer.
